EUGENE AKULICH - Adviser and Coach

Eugene started debating almost 9 years ago. Since that time he has participated in a number of debating competitions - from local tournaments in Minsk to the World’s. His main achievement is breaking into the ESL Final at WUDC 2005.
He was the Vice-President (2001-2002) and the President of MGIMO Debate Club (2002 - 2006). Among MGIMO authorities he was known as a terrible nuisance and a wicked guy who is obsessed with debating.
It was his crazy idea to start all this hassle with holding an international parli debate tournament in MGIMO.
Nobody knows how many classes he has missed because of debating. Ever after his graduation he's still been messed up with debating

Alex is our debating everything. The most professional and experienced debater. Alex became a debating addict 10 years ago and even he himself can’t tell how many debating tournaments he has participated in so far. His two impressive folders with over 300 cases are the result of 3 years of hard work and research. They fueled his and Eugene’s way into ESL Final at WUDC 2005.
We all enjoy his extensive in-depth analysis of the debate which is essential for understanding that you still know nothing and there's so much room for improvement.
