This semester our regular meetings take place each Saturday, starting from 14.30 in rooms 2049, 2052. The rooms where we debate may change, so for the most current information visit our group vkontakte.

In the beginning of the semester our Club's most experienced debaters and coaches run seminars which cover a wide range of matters, starting from the explanation of rules and basic principles of debating to polishing each debater's manner. You may find some of the materials used in the seminars in Tutorials section. Those who attend the seminars achieve amazing progress and improve their debating skills significantly. While usually the seminars are run twice a year in the beginning of each semester, if there are debaters who join us later and want to develop their skills, we repeat our seminars for them.

On Saturdays we debate the motions announced in advance. Often there is enough time for us to debate two motions. In this case the second motion may be announced 15 minutes prior to the debate.

We welcome everyone to attend our meetings. If you are not from MGIMO and want to attend, you need to fill in the form below no later than 23.59 on Wednesday prior to the day of the meeting you wish to attend (for example: if you want to come on Saturday, you should contact us no later than 23.59 on Wednesday). If you choose to attend several meetings, you need to fill this form in only once.
